At BYTECOREPC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your luxury watch purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a flexible and straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions to understand our return process.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of the Item: The watch must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. It should not show any signs of wear, scratches, or damage. The item must include all original packaging, tags, protective films, and documentation (e.g., warranty card, manuals).
  • Non-returnable Items: Customized, engraved, or special-order items are non-returnable. Watches that have been resized, altered, or adjusted after delivery are also non-returnable.
  • Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased during a clearance sale or those marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@bytecorepc.com or call us at (573) 696-2993. Include your order number, a brief description of the reason for return, and any relevant photos of the item (if applicable).
  • Step 2: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  • Step 3: Once approved, carefully package the item, ensuring it is protected during transit. Include all original packaging, tags, and documentation.
  • Step 4: Ship the item back to us at the provided return address. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Step 5: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once the return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. The refund will exclude any shipping fees, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different watch, please contact us before returning the item. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the exchange item is of a higher value, you may need to pay the price difference.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, or if any parts of the item or packaging are missing, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the returned item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the damaged item at no cost to you. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
  • Defective Items: If you notice any defects with your watch, such as malfunctioning parts, upon arrival or within a reasonable time frame, please contact us immediately for a return or exchange.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking or insurance.

6. International Returns

For international customers, please note that the return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure to check with your local customs office regarding any additional fees that may apply when returning an item.
