At ByteCorePC, we are committed to delivering your high-quality wristwatches quickly and securely. Our Shipping Policy is designed to provide you with clear and transparent information about how we handle shipping, estimated delivery times, and any associated costs. Whether you’re in the United States or abroad, we aim to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.

Shipping Destinations

We proudly offer shipping across the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. We also provide international shipping to select countries. For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer standard shipping to all domestic addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii, at competitive rates. Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs for orders under $100 will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

International Shipping
For customers outside the U.S., we offer international shipping to selected countries. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and customs duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipping can take longer to process due to customs clearance.

Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will be processed the next available business day. Please note that during peak seasons, such as holidays or special promotions, order processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

After your order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, so you can easily monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We provide a variety of shipping options, allowing you to select the delivery speed that best suits your needs. The following are the estimated delivery times for U.S. domestic orders:

  • Standard Shipping (Free on Orders over $100): Typically 5-7 business days for delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically 2-3 business days for delivery.
  • Priority Shipping: Typically 1-2 business days for delivery.

For international orders, the delivery times vary based on your location. Generally, international shipments may take anywhere from 7-21 business days. The shipping carrier will provide more specific delivery estimates once your order is in transit.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 for U.S. domestic orders. For orders under $100, shipping fees will be calculated during checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and any additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order through the carrier’s website. This will provide you with real-time updates on the location and delivery progress of your wristwatch.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, occasionally shipping issues such as damaged or lost packages may occur. If you receive a damaged item or believe your package has been lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or send you a replacement, depending on the situation.

Please save all original packaging and documentation, as this will be required when filing a damage claim with the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain locations may have shipping restrictions or limitations due to local regulations, or due to challenges with international shipping carriers. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or refund orders that cannot be shipped to a given location. We will notify you promptly if your order falls into this category.
